ReviveMotion Fitness offers a comprehensive range of services tailored to each client. Instead of the one-size-fits-all approach, we offer an integrated approach, personal training or nutritional coaching that are offered to clients on a package or a subscription basis. Packages are best for adapting to frequent travel while making a long-term commitment and are offered in sets of 12, 24, and 48 sessions. Subscriptions are best for aligning to goals while establishing a routine and are offered at 2-times, 3-times, and 4-times-a-week options.
Integrated Fitness

Our personalized holistic fitness program is crafted to meet your unique fitness and lifestyle needs, with continuous assessment and support. Each session blends exercise with nutrition and recovery education to foster sustainable and healthy habits in your daily life. Access to expert guidance, meal plans, recipes, and other resources ensures you're fully equipped on your journey. From daily habits and weekly supplementary work to monthly benchmarks and quarterly reassessments, we'll be there every step of the way with unwavering support and motivation throughout your health and fitness journey.
Personal Training
ReviveMotion Fitness offers a tailored experience designed just for you. We'll create a personalized program to reach your goals based on where your lifestyle and fitness are at the forefront, while taking into account the results from your body composition testing and biomechanical movement pattern analysis from your assessment. We'll create a weekly plan that covers all aspects of your journey, including daily habits and supplementary work outside of our sessions together, and support that plan through in-session coaching and guidance. We'll re-evaluate and track progress with our monthly re-assessments and quarterly body composition analysis while providing continuous support and motivation throughout your fitness journey.
Nutritional Coaching
Through our nutrition coaching service, we provide a sustainable approach to achieving your health goals. Through weekly 1:1 coaching calls and regular check-ins, we'll integrate both nutritional education and your daily life together into long-lasting healthy habits. Throughout the week, you'll have access to expert guidance and advice, as well as meal plans, recipes, and other nutritional resources to support you in your journey. By focusing on the journey — not the destination — and the small steps along the way, we'll not only achieve your goals but also facilitate your continued progression into a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
